Manfred Weber-Wien

(1969 in Villach, Austria)

Manfred Weber-Wien developed his recognizable style and his own artistic language at an early stage of his artistic career. The characters and images on his paintings are always entangled in sinister cocoons and webs, with a strong contrast of black and color. This is a symbolic representation of existence and movements through the tangled paths of life.

Weber-Wien's artworks reflects and reproduce fractal structures as the universal language of the nature. These structures has already become essential part in the contemporary art.
Manfred Weber-Wien participated in numerous exhibitions in Austria and worldwide.
The works of Manfred Weber-Wien can be found in numerous national and international collections, among them the Austrian Prof. Rudolf Leopold Collection (Leopold Museum, Vienna).
